  • Diprotex Acquires MA Microgrind to Strengthen Leadership in Fine-Grinding Solutions


    Saint-Egrève, France / Rinteln, Germany – Diprotex SAS, a specialist in superabrasive grinding wheels and precision grinding solutions, today announced the acquisition of MA Microgrind GmbH, a recognized leader in fine-grinding technology based in Rinteln, Germany. The transaction brings together two respected organizations with shared expertise in precision grinding and a commitment to quality, precision, and customer partnership.
    The combination enhances Diprotex’s capabilities in fine-grinding and expands its ability to provide advanced, application-specific solutions across a broad range of industries. Customers will benefit from deeper technical expertise, a wider portfolio of high-performance grinding solutions, expanded production capabilities in Europe, and strengthened application engineering and after-sales support.
    MA Microgrind will be integrated into the Diprotex group while continuing operations at its Rinteln and Göttingen sites. All current employees will be retained, and the combined organization will continue investing in innovation, technical expertise, and global market development. Matthias Martin will continue to lead the German operations, supported by a joint leadership team under the direction of Paolo Ocleppo.
    Together, Diprotex and MA Microgrind aim to become a leading full-service provider of precision grinding tools with a strong focus on fine-grinding applications, enabling excellence in grinding technology for customers worldwide.
